Every connected NetSuite environment counts the same way: production, sandbox, release preview and test drive. Environments are counted across all workspaces in your account. Disconnected and archived environments are not counted.

How accounts work
Account
Your company or your consultancy. One subscription covers the whole account.
Workspaces
For example, one for each NetSuite company you manage. Add as many as you need.
Environments
Production, sandboxes, release preview and test drive, inside each workspace.
Add people to the whole account or to a single workspace, optionally limited to particular environments, much like GitHub organisations and repositories. There is no charge per user.
Everything in the plan
There are no add-ons or feature tiers. Every account gets all of this.
Environments and snapshots
Connect production, sandbox, release preview and test drive environments
Daily scheduled snapshots of configuration and SuiteScript files
20 on-demand snapshots per environment each month
Each snapshot records what it covered and what it could not read
Snapshot exports you can download
Comparison and drift
Compare any two snapshots or environments
Semantic diff of custom objects, scripts, templates and files
Changes made directly in NetSuite show up as drift
Search captured configuration and source
Change review
Diff pages with line comments and suggested edits
Approve, request changes or comment
Conversations you can resolve
Changes from people, GitHub and AI agents in one list
Deployment safety
Preview against a fresh read of the target, with Oracle's validation and a dry run
Dependency checks on every preview
Approval bound to the release plan's fingerprint
Drift recheck before writing, and verification after
Unclear outcomes reconciled with read-only calls, never retried blindly
Recovery
Before-images kept for everything Changeport deploys
Recovery changes previewed, approved and verified like any other change
Blocked when a component has been edited since, so newer work is never overwritten
Transaction versions Early access
Version history for estimates, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, vendor bills and journal entries
Compare a transaction with its earlier versions or the live record
Restore changed header fields through a reviewed preview
Unlimited versions
GitHub and webhooks
Pull requests and merges become changes with a fresh preview
A merge never approves or deploys by itself
Compare the repository with what is actually in NetSuite
Sync pull requests for changes made in NetSuite
Signed webhooks for review requests, decisions and deployment outcomes
AI agents and MCP
MCP server for Claude Code, Codex and other MCP clients
OAuth sign-in with a consent screen and no environment selected by default
Review and deploy permissions start unticked for AI clients
Agent changes get the same diff, review and release plan as a person's
Protection rules
Set per environment, off by default
Require approval
Require a reviewer other than the author
Require resolved conversations
Require the decision in the browser, not through an API or agent
Audit and evidence
Audit log of proposals, reviews, approvals and deployments
Release receipts with the approved fingerprint and verification result
Snapshot history of what each environment contained on a given day
Retention policies with an exact deletion preview
Accounts, workspaces and users
Account, workspaces and environments, like GitHub organisations and repositories
Add people to the account or to one workspace, optionally limited to particular environments
Roles: owner, admin, contributor, reviewer, deployer and viewer
Scoped API tokens that expire within 90 days
Unlimited users and workspaces
Security basics
Source files and NetSuite credentials encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM
HTTPS for every connection
Default-deny, read-only collector in your NetSuite account
OAuth with PKCE and scoped consent for apps and agents
Each NetSuite account you connect: production, sandbox, release preview or test drive. They all count the same way, across every workspace in your account. Your plan includes two, and each additional connected environment is US$199 a month. Disconnected and archived environments are not counted.
Do you charge per user or per workspace?
No. Users and workspaces are unlimited, so reviewers, approvers and auditors can each have their own sign-in at no extra cost. A consultancy can keep one workspace for each NetSuite company it manages, all under one account and one subscription.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days with every feature, and you do not need a card to start. If you add a card during the trial, billing starts when the trial ends. If you do not, new captures and deployments pause when the trial ends, and your existing snapshots, exports and recovery changes stay available.
How does billing work?
Changeport bills monthly in US dollars through Stripe. The price is US$399 for your account with two environments, plus US$199 for each additional connected environment. You can cancel any time from the billing portal.
What is the difference between scheduled and on-demand snapshots?
Every connected environment is captured once a day on a schedule, at no extra cost. On-demand snapshots are captures you start yourself, for example just before a release or a sandbox refresh. The plan includes 20 on-demand snapshots per environment each month.
Can an AI agent deploy to production on its own?
Only if you let it. Agents connect with OAuth, no environment is selected by default, and review and deploy permissions start unticked. Every deployment needs a current preview and passes a drift recheck before anything is written. For environments that need it, protection rules can require approval from a reviewer other than the author, made by a person in the browser.
What does Changeport change in my NetSuite account?
To connect an environment, you install Changeport's collector in the account and Changeport registers its own certificates for SuiteCloud access. The collector is read-only and denies anything not explicitly allowed. After that, Changeport writes to NetSuite only when someone deploys a change, including a recovery change, or restores a transaction. Transaction versions (early access) use separate components that you turn on for each transaction type.
Is Changeport SOC 2 certified?
Not yet. Changeport is in limited launch and holds no security certifications today, and no contractual service level is offered. Our security page describes how data is hosted, encrypted and accessed, and lists what we do not claim yet.
